1. Booking Confirmation

All event bookings must be made through our official website, phone number, or verified WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required to secure the booking date.
• Remaining payment must be completed on or before event day.
• Payments once made are non-refundable.

3. Event Changes or Cancellations

• Any changes in event date or location must be informed at least 7 days in advance.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) will be charged 100%.

4. Service Conditions

• Our team will arrive at the venue on time as per schedule.
• Client must ensure proper arrangements for electricity, space, and security if required.
• Any damage to our instruments or equipment caused during the event is chargeable.

5. Liability

Gorakhpur Band is not responsible for any issues caused by weather, venue restrictions, or third-party disruptions. However, we will try our best to adjust and deliver safe services.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal information (name, phone number, email) is used only for booking and communication purposes. We do not share your data with any third party.

7. Acceptance of Terms
